Maggie Harmon leads operations and client services, making sure everything that needs to get done to keep projects and BAT moving, is done! She bring to BAT and our clients her experience as an attorney in consulting private clients, business entities and managing organizations, with her experience as a writer and linguist to provide logical responses for business needs, and strategic insight for client communications, messaging, and stratgeic planning.

As an attorney she has practiced in both plaintiff and management side employment litigation, business transactions, non-profit management, estate planning and charitable giving. She has taken on numerous leadership positions with non-profit boards and charitable programs. As COO with theBATstudio she has developed an office that is a model for a cultural shift in how we think about corporate functioning, supporting individuals in creating personalized schedules that allow true work-life balance, while managing an organization that delivers the right service for specific client needs.

Maggie is part of a writing co-op, and lives in Oakland where she loves hiking, gardening, cooking, and eating! Any other free time is spent with her husband, two kids, three dogs and two cats!
