Situation
UC4, an IT automation company founded in Austria, had recently acquired a US competitor seeking to expand their overall market share and solidify their US presence. The company relocated their primary marketing functions to the US and sought to transform their brand from a regional niche player into a strong worldwide challenger.
Engagement
Through Brand Synthesis® BAT captured the essence of the new brand with an intuitive and compelling website experience emphasizing lead-gen best practices and provided the client a great deal of flexibility to accommodate future product and market developments.
Results
The new website immediately made UC4 a recognized category challenger with a focus on innovative technologies and thought leadership. Time spent on site has increased and average page views has increased by over 30% and conversions rates have increased 27%.
BAT integrated our proprietary Banner engine for the homepage, utilizing its flexible XML framework to accommodate the oversized area per the design, and to allow for the easy integration of copy, graphics, and even SWF files on the fly. Overlaying this Flash module are dynamic content areas that fly up from below, highlighting up to four features. BAT added additional specialized widgets, including a Javascript-driven Filter engine that enables users to easily search through UC4’s case studies and content to find exactly the information they’re interested in.
