Situation
UC4, an IT automation company founded in Austria, had recently acquired a US competitor seeking to expand their overall market share and solidify their US presence. The company relocated their primary marketing functions to the US and sought to transform their brand from a regional niche player into a strong worldwide challenger.
Engagement
Through Brand Synthesis® BAT captured the essence of the new brand with an intuitive and compelling website experience emphasizing lead-gen best practices and provided the client a great deal of flexibility to accommodate future product and market developments.
Results
The new website immediately made UC4 a recognized category challenger with a focus on innovative technologies and thought leadership. Time spent on site has increased and average page views has increased by over 30% and conversions rates have increased 27%.
UC4 needed to re-launch their website on their legacy installation of a Typo3 CMS utilizing an Austrian-based development resource. BAT worked with the client and 3rd party implementation resource to develop a set of templates supported by Javascript, CSS, XML and PHP that could integrate seamlessly with the Typo3 system. In support of this process, the BAT client services and development teams worked hand-in-hand with both local and Austrian-based resources to ensure that all QA issues were mitigated and that the website launched with full functionality intact.
